What you'll hear

Anselm, Elvis, and Odette were buzzing with ideas, the aroma of fresh roti filling the air around them. They’d just finished a plate each and were planning their future. 'Okay,' Anselm declared, wiping his mouth, 'we have the best curry, the secret tamarind sauce… but who actually *owns* this roti shop we’re building?' It was a simple question, but it suddenly paused their entire business plan.

They realised they weren't just thinking about recipes; they needed to figure out the very foundation of their venture. This is the simplest structure, where one person owns and controls everything. All decisions are hers, and it’s easy to set up.
