StudyBuddy helps Guyanese students in Grades 4 to 11 prepare for NGSA and CSEC. Here's what you'll find, and how to get started.

Ways to study

  • QuickFire: short quizzes on every topic, with an explanation after each answer.

  • FlipSide: flashcards that bring back the ones you find hard.

  • BuddyCasts: more than 800 short audio lessons, with the words on screen as you listen.

  • Practice papers: timed, NGSA-style and CSEC-style papers in the exam's format.

  • Games: Word Search, Crossword, Hangman, Spelling Bee and more, using words from your subjects.

  • Ask Buddy: help understanding a question, explained in plain language.

For parents

Add your children to your family account and see their progress in parent reports: what they've practised, where they're strong, and what to work on next.

Getting started

  1. Sign up and choose your grade, or add your children if you're a parent.

  2. Your free trial gives full access to StudyBuddy+ for 7 days.

  3. After that, StudyBuddy carries on as the free version, with a smaller amount of practice each week. StudyBuddy+ is optional.
